Each session begins with grounding and activation to prepare the body and mind. From there, we move into focused work around a central theme — strength, grace, control, or adaptability. Expect partner tasks, solo drills, and time for reflection. You’ll be guided, challenged, and supported.

The suggested contribution is $200/month for full access to in-person sessions and online support. You can contribute more if you’d like to support others in the community. If cost is a barrier, there are flexible options. No one is turned away for financial reasons.
